In addition, the practice brings expertise to such matters as project finance, cross-border leveraged finance, restructuring and regulatory compliance. The team is headed by József Vági, who manages financing transactions at every stage, from origination and negotiation to documentation and closing. The group is supported by Andrea Weinraub, who handles complex deal structuring and due diligence processes.
