Argus Partners‘ banking and finance team specialises in project finance, structured finance and real estate financing for domestic and foreign banks, financial institutions, credit funds and NBFCs, regularly acting as counsel to lenders and investors. The team is led by Krishnava Dutt, the firm’s founding and managing partner and an M&A and finance veteran; Aastha, an expert in project finance and private credit transactions; Nidhi Arya, who is experienced in corporate loans and construction finance; and Utkarsh Bandhu and Aseem Dhawan, who both specialise in debt transactions.
