The team also focuses on structured finance, with an emphasis on complex securitisation and asset-backed financing transactions. From Mumbai, Sawant Singh, an expert in private equity, securitisation, asset reconstruction, debt restructuring and consortium lending, and Rohit Sharma, who is experienced across financing transactions, debenture issuances and external commercial borrowings, lead the team.
