The team at JSA Advocates & Solicitors is experienced advising underwriters in India on IPOs, QIPs, and rights offers, along with the range of equity capital markets transactions. Madhurima Mukherjee, based out of New Delhi, has significant experience assisting on local and cross-border securities transactions, such as InvITS, and co-leads the team with Mumbai office head Arka Mookerjee who is a key point of contact for issuers, underwriters and other stakeholders in both equity and debt transactions. Anuj Pethia joined the team in September 2024, following Mathew Thomas‘ July 2024 departure, and Karan Mitroo and Purvi Dabbiru both joined in April 2025.
