New Dehli's Prashant Gupta co-heads the practice alongside Mumbai-based Nikhil Naredi; both specialise in equity and debt capital market transactions, respectively. Manjari Tyagi and Sayantan Dutta harness proficiencies in securities and international and high-yield transactions. Shubangi Garg is experienced in foreign currency financing and convertible loans, along with private equity matters in fintech. Krupa Brahmbhatt joined the team in March 2025, while Trishita Dasgupta was promoted to partnership in June 2025.
