The group regularly advises on buyouts, restructurings and joint ventures, leveraging sector expertise in healthcare, tech, and financial services, with strong capabilities in managing cross-border mandates across a variety of jurisdictions. Team co-head Karan Kalra's wide-ranging workload includes debt, equity and hybrid investments, fund formation matters, and venture capital transactions. Fellow co-head Parag Srivastava advises a diverse roster of financial sponsors and funds in regards to complex inbound and outbound deals.
