Nitesh Jain is a key point of contact for regulatory, transactional, and shareholder disputes, while Ashish Bhan is turned to for major employee and government-related litigation. Vishrov Mukerjee and Anuj Berry handle general commercial disputes, with the former regularly advising on infrastructure disputes. Tine Abraham is a port of call for mismanagement litigation.
