King, Stubb & Kasiva's litigation practice advises domestic and multinational financial companies, corporations, startups, and others across the financial, automobile, and technology sectors, among others. Practice head Smita Paliwal is based in the firm's Bangalore office and is praised for her ‘legal acumen, attention to detail', and 'efficient handling of complex litigation’. Deepika Kumari co-heads the Delhi team alongside Sukrit Kapoor, both of whom bringing a history of appearing before the highest levels of court, including the Supreme Court, in construction, real estate, employment, and insolvency-related disputes. Navod Prasannan and Aditya Bhattacharya joined the team in June and January 2025 respectively.
