Argus Partners is active across India’s energy and infrastructure sector, advising on project development, corporate transactions, and regulatory issues in electricity, renewables, oil and gas, and waste-to-energy mandates. The team is increasingly engaged in green hydrogen and EV charging matters, assisting clients with joint ventures and project financing. Managing partner Krishnava Dutt is active in M&A and financing mandates across a variety of industry subsectors, while co-head Aastha is chiefly focused on banking and finance transactions, as well as insolvency and restructuring matters. Nidhi Arya and Somdutta Bhattacharyya routinely handle M&A and disputes respectively. Ankur Arora joined from an in-house role in September 2025.
