Rohit Kochhar leads the ‘knowledgeable’ team alongside industry veteran Preetam D’Souza, noted for his problem-solving skills on real estate and construction transactions. Also co-leads, Suhas Srinivasiah handles landmark real estate assets and portfolios, while Mohan Kumar advises multinational clients on land acquisition, title diligence and joint development agreements. Gaurav Chatterjee oversees a range of transactions in Chennai and South India, with Simrat Grover in New Delhi exhibiting strength in strategic land acquisitions for data centres. The Bangalore-based Ranjit Mahishi advises on renewable energy project transactions and construction contracts, while Mohit Kundu and Shivika Upadhyay further strengthen the practice with support on multidimensional transactions and advisory mandates.
