JSA Law’s restructuring and insolvency practice has expertise in advising on pre-insolvency matters, corporate insolvency resolution processes, and aquisitions of stressed assets, as well as liquidations and winding down businesses. The group is also adept at handling out of court restructurings under the RBI. Anish Mashruwala and Varghese Thomas co-lead the team, both of whom have extensive experience handling debt recovery proceedings and debt restructuring.
