Shahid Khan, who boasts nearly four decades of experience, is the practice co-head, alongside Reena Khair, who herself brings nearly thirty years in practice. Khan is a specialist tax practitioner with experience advising multinational clients in cross-border investment, and advising countries on tax policy and tax risk analysis. Khair has expertise in tax litigation before the Customs courts, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, the High Courts and Supreme Court. Supporting on indirect tax matters is Shreya Dahiya, well-versed in tax litigation, classification, valuation and foreign trade policy.
