ABNR Counsellors at Law‘s practice handles contentious matters ranging from pre-litigation advice through to court proceedings. The team frequently represents clients in arbitrations before both the Indonesian National Arbitration Centre (BANI) and international forums such as the SIAC, KLIAC, and HKIAC. Sahat Siahaan leads the practice, bringing significant expertise in shipping law and infrastructure-related matters. Fellow co-chair Ulyarta Naibaho practice includes mining, shipping, and anti-corruption cases. The team also includes Nafis Adwani, who has expertise in employment, restructuring, and commercial dispute resolution, and Indra Setiawan, who focuses on employment disputes and anti-corruption matters.
