Mason Hayes & Curran LLP experienced considerable change within its investment funds team in 2023 and 2024 with the departure of former department head Conor Durkin and the arrival of Anthony O’Hanlon (‘an exceptionally talented and ambitious lawyer’) as a partner from Arthur Cox. The firm is best known for regulatory matters, though is building its standing in fund structuring and establishment. Of counsel Joanne O’Rourke , a regulatory specialist, has also joined from McCann FitzGerald LLP, while Rowena Fitzgerald and Sarah Cloonan are additional regulatory experts. Sara O’Reilly also left the firm.
