- Advising Transport Infrastructure Ireland on all public law, planning, environmental, railway safety, general health and safety and compulsory purchase matters associated with Dublin’s MetroLink project.
- Advising Uisce Éireann on the Greater Dublin Drainage Project, which comprises a new 500,000 population equivalent waste water treatment plant, pumping station, 11.7km orbital sewer, 11km outfall tunnel, and associated pumping stations.
- Advising Bremore Ireland Port relative to the development of a new deepwater port on the east coast of Ireland, including providing strategic advice on the necessary policy considerations that need to be in place in advance of an application for development consent being made.
