The planning and environmental department at Beauchamps LLP has over 20 years of experience advising on the full breadth of non-contentious environmental law and related planning and waste management matters. It also regularly advises clients on contentious issues such as judicial review proceedings. Team lead Stuart Conaty often assists renewable energy organisations and local authorities with all planning and environmental aspects associated with property and infrastructure projects. Other key members of the team include Ainsley Heffernan, who has extensive experience of advising clients on all environmental issues involved in complex infrastructure projects.

- Advising Lens Media Limited in relation to its proposed development of a state-of-the-art media park on a circa 23-hectare site in Grange Castle, County Dublin.
- Advising EDF Renewables Ireland Limited in relation to two of its pipeline projects, the proposed circa 46 MW Seskin Wind Farm in County Carlow and the proposed circa 46MW Lackareagh Wind Farm in County Clare.
