Specialising in multi-jurisdictional corporate transactions for established major corporation and venture capital funds alike, Cains' corporate and commercial practice is led by Scott Leonard-Morgan, who is valued by leading companies across an array of industry sectors for his expertise in large mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Tristan Head advises on the regulatory elements of transactions, and Stephanie Chew leads on share acquisitions and internal restructuring matters. Holly McGarrigle employs her banking and finance experience on corporate transactions, and Jess Whitley provides general commercial and legal advice.
