Cains‘ employment department specialises in non-contentious employment matters and internal disciplinary issues. Katherine Sheerin provides legal counsel to large employers across a range of industries, including financial and professional services, on ongoing HR and data privacy issues, executive severance negotiations and employment regulatory compliance in the context of large acquisitions, in addition to tribunal defence against whistleblowing and other contentious claims. Ruby Roberts joined the team in December 2024, assisting on an array of matters, both in tribunals and internally with commercial clients.
