Traditionally recognised for its record in insurance-related actions, the team is increasingly involved in cases concerning privacy, consumer law, antitrust and environmental law. Yaron Rossman heads the department and is noted for consumer law and banking-related claims. The team also includes Shay Cohen, who specialises in product liability, environmental and consumer law class actions; and Assaf Ratzon, who handles commercial, civil and class action litigation.
