Carlo Massini is an expert in real estate, project, acquisition, asset and international trade financings, while Mauro Saccani heads the Italy business restructuring and insolvency practice. In February 2024, structured finance specialist Patrizio Messina, banking and finance expert Alessandro Accrocca and Sabrina Setini, who advises on acquisition and asset finance, were recruited from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe. Iacopo Canino and Bianca Caruso were new arrivals in early 2025.
