Offering a ‘solid and thorough approach to matters’, BonelliErede is a market leader within Italian litigation and arbitration. The firm regularly represents clients before international arbitral bodies and the Italian appellate courts. It is also involved in the growing areas of class action and climate change litigation. The litigation team is spearheaded by Giuseppe Lombardi, a corporate and banking specialist. Andrea Carlevaris and Paolo Di Giovanni lead the international arbitration front. Within the team, Vittorio Allavena focuses on corporate, insurance and shareholder liability disputes. Monica Iacoviello’s areas of expertise include corporate litigation, rating agency liability and abuse of dominant position matters. Riccardo Bordi supports clients within the construction, infrastructure and oil and gas spaces. Ferdinando Emanuele joined the team from Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in early 2025. Chiara Mancini left the firm in July 2024.
