Split between Milan and Rome, the team includes Cristoforo Osti, an expert in State aid. Guido Bellitti advises on internal market and public procurement issues, whilst Patrick Actis Perinetto focuses on the pharma and medtech sectors. Alessandra Prastaro assists with enforcement programmes and abuse of economic dependence. New practice head Marco D’Ostuni moved to the firm from Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in September 2024.
