The firm is also very experienced in private antitrust litigation as well as multi-jurisdictional merger control cases. Its industry expertise includes the energy, telecoms, finance and infrastructure sectors. Based in Rome, D’Alberti leads the team alongside Edoardo Cazzato, who is experienced in merger control and consumer law. Enrico Spagnolello advises on judicial and procedural regulatory matters.
