Specialising in food law, Studio Legale Corte is well-versed in regulatory and compliance matters, advising clients on their obligations under both national and EU law. In addition, the firm supports clients through criminal proceedings and challenges to regulatory sanctions brought by supervisory bodies. It has further expertise assisting in labelling, advertising and food hygiene and safety issues. Paola Corte, who is knowledgeable in the environmental aspects of food law, and Elena Corte, an expert in regulatory sanctions, oversee the practice.
