DLA Piper counsels domestic and international retailers, including several high-profile names, on a breadth of advisory, transactional and contentious legal issues. The team has seen particular recent activity in IP-related matters, including setting up and defending trade marks. The team has a large, multi-practice panel of lawyers which has experience in handling corporate transactions, data protection issues and advertising laws. Davide Rossetti specialises in commercial litigations and co-heads the team with Elena Varese, who has contentious and non-contentious experience in IP, competition and consumer regulations.
