The IP group at CBA Studio Legale e Tributario offers a variety of intellectual property protection services to a diverse client base, covering a host of contentious and non-contentious soft and hard IP matters. Practice co-head Barbara Sartori specialises in matters at the intersection of IP and IT and is experienced in advising on matters concerning e-commerce, AI, IoT, TMT, and more.
