CBA Studio Legale e Tributario displays ‘experience and competence’ in corporate and M&A, finance and banking, IP, litigation, and project financing. Ilaria Antonella Belluco leads the corporate and M&A team. Mattia Dalla Costa is experienced in M&A and structuring deals with a focus on technology transfer and IP protection. Barbara Sartori also combines her M&A practice with private equity and venture capital matters, as well as strength in advising on intellectual property and IT. Daniela Sorgato has a background in banking, corporate crisis, and insolvency. Francesco Piron recently joined from Watson Farley & Williams, and brings his strength in regulatory, administrative and antitrust law to the team.
