It acts for sponsors targeting the energy, infrastructure, insurance and healthcare sectors. Mario Roli advises infrastructure funds and pension funds on the acquisition of companies; Filippo Modulo is a cross-border M&A specialist; Elena Busson is ’excellent’; and Luigi Vaccaro handles company law, M&A, private equity and joint ventures. Other experienced practitioners are Carlo Croff, Antonio Sascaro, and Corrado Borghesan. US-based Salvo Arena is also noted.
