With particular strength in debt restructuring, EY Studio Legale Tributario is approached by corporates, public and private companies and financial institutions in distressed situations. The department regularly collaborates with other teams in the firm, including the corporate, employment and tax teams, to provide a seamless service on bankruptcy and restructuring issues. Marco Nazareno Mizzau is the team’s Milan-based practice head and an expert in corporate restructuring.
