Iwata Godo

Iwata Godo‘s practice advises on the full breadth of financial matters, offering end-to-end legal support to financial institutions. Its workload ranges from advising on day-to-day banking issues, to the structuring and documentation of complex financing arrangements, including syndicated lending and sustainable finance initiatives. The practice is jointly led by Kensuke Kashiwagi who advises on complex fund structures, Takao Matsuda who has experience assisting banking clients with cross-border regulatory compliance, loan structuring and trade finance transactions, and Yusuke Tomita whose client roster includes major institutions, regional and trust banks, and leasing companies.
