Leadership is split between Lawrence Carter and Keiji Nasuda. Carter returned to the Tokyo office from the US in September 2024 and is noted for his expertise in employee termination and harassment investigations, while Nasuda focuses on labour disputes and high-level union negotiations. Masaki Kurosawa supports the team on the full spectrum of employment mandates. Koji Ohtani departed the group in December 2024.
