Jointly leading the group are Bruce MacNeil, an expert in bond issuances and derivatives transactions, and Raulin Amy, whose practice includes listing advice and refinancing issues. Katrina Edge is noted for her work on structured finance deals, while Alexander Curry oversees London and New York IPOs as part of a broader transactional practice. Simon Felton departed the firm in June 2023.
