Mourant’s property practice is able to assist clients involved in the development of Jersey-based commercial properties and also oversees the acquisition and disposal of both commercial and residential properties and the lease of office space and plots of land. Practice head Julie Melia specialises in property transactions, but also tackles planning and financing matters. Georgina Cook also handles the spectrum of property matters, with particular expertise in the structuring of developments.
