Viberts maintains a broad approach to family law, advising on both HNWI divorce proceedings and handling post-divorce asset and financial arrangements, while also representing clients in complex matters of child law, including leave to remove proceedings. Practice head Rose Colley is noted for her expertise in child law matters, representing children themselves and their guardians, alongside her busy HNWI divorce practice. Clare Woodhouse joined from Benest & Syvret in March 2025, adding additional child law expertise and also representing parties in divorce proceedings and financial remedy hearings. Alexandra Cohen departed the firm in April 2025.
