The team has particular expertise in assisting real estate investors, many of whom rely on practice head Martin Paul for assistance with transactions, financings, and structuring matters. Richard Le Liard‘s practice centres on private equity and venture capital, offering expertise on the launch of funds and establishment of fund managers, in addition to advising on AML/CFT compliance and tax matters.
