Ogier

Ogier is called upon by HNWIs looking to establish trusts or set up trust companies in Jersey, in addition to advising clients looking to launch philanthropic and charitable structures and advising employers on the use of trust structures for employee pension and incentive schemes. Heading the team in tandem are James Campbell and Josephine Howe, both of whom advise a raft of HNW settlors, family offices, and professional trustees on the drafting and amendment of trust instruments, the restructuring of trusts and in Campbell’s case, the management of luxury assets including cars, yachts, and art. Katherine Neal occupies a notable niche in the pensions field, advising on the use of trusts for pension and incentive schemes.
