- Acted for African Development Bank in the facility to QPEA GT Menengai Ltd, the Project Company and a subsidiary of Globeleq Africa Limited, in connection with the design, construction and operation of a 35MW geothermal power plant located in the Menengai geothermal field in Nakuru Country, Kenya.
- Acted for Autochek Limited in the securitisation of its motor-vehicle sales receivables from credit sales of the vehicles to citizens in, among other jurisdictions, Kenya.
- Assisted Allen & Overy LLP with preparing new security documents to be created in favour of the various lenders, coordinated and attended to the release of all existing securities, negotiated all Kenyan law documents amongst the various lenders conscious of the individual lenders’ requirements and attended to perfection of finance documents.
