- Acted as Kuwait legal counsel to each of Alghanim Co. and Fouad Co. in a public prvate partnership project awarded to Alghanim International – Tamasuk consortium by the Saudi Ministry of Health in collaboration with the Saudi National Center for Privatisation & PPP.
- Advised TAV Airports Holding on the bidding process for the operation, management, servicing, training, maintaining and development of the passenger terminal (T2) and its airside (the “Project”), tendered by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation of Kuwait.
