Sorainen‘s intellectual property practice offers a wide range of services in this area, from IP protection and enforcement, to advisory work and representation in disputes. The team demonstrates their knowledge by handling matters across a range of sectors, including manufacturing, automotive, transport, and pharmaceuticals. The ’very responsive and quick’ team is led by the experienced Ieva Andersone, who boasts considerable experience in handling complex IP law cases, as well as advising on various regulatory issues, especially in relation to the life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors and matters involving ESG elements.
