The wide-ranging experience the firm possesses is demonstrated by the scope of sector industries they are engaged in, including aviation-related finance and leasing to transportation and logistics companies. The team is led by Raimonds Slaidiņš, who has specific experience handling M&A transactions within the shipping and transport area.
