Cobalt‘s employment law practice group serves a diverse range of clients from a variety of industries, including financial services, healthcare, technology, manufacturing, and retail. The team advises clients on policy updates, contract reviews, dispute resolution, and cross-border restructurings. Recent work includes comprehensive advice to McDonalds regarding various employee training programmes in Lithuania, alongside updating employment contracts to align with local laws and regulations for Wolt Enterprises Oy. The team is led by Jovita Valatkaitė, who brings particular expertise in handling group redundancies, complex individual redundancies, restructurings, and employee reduction strategies.
