Sorainen‘s competition and regulatory team is regularly tasked with handling a range of matters, and the firm is well-positioned, with pan-Baltic roots, to assess the risks of unlawful agreements and abuse of dominant positions in all three Baltic states, whilst assisting in pan-Baltic merger proceedings. Further, the firm is involved in antitrust investigations, fast merger clearances, and state aid matters. The team benefits from the joint leadership of Daivis Švirinas and Monika Mališauskaite-Vaupšiene, who bring experience operating in competition and antitrust, state aid, and EU law fields to the team.
