Ellex Valiunas

Ellex Valiunas's transport team is recognised as a leader in the transport sector. The practice is regularly engaged in a range of matters, from consulting on sanctions disputes, third-party claims and projects concerning internal water transport services, to working alongside Lithuania’s Ministry of Justice to bring two actions before the Court of Justice of the European Union against the provisions of the new mobility package, one that potentially violates EU Law. The team is led by Dovilė Greblikienė, who has extensive expertise in the transport and shipping sector, focussing on regulatory, infrastructure and transactional projects.
