Sorainen‘s transport and logistics team provides expert advice in the shipping and transport markets across the Baltic region. The work covers regulatory, maritime and aviation, rail and road, logistics, smart mobility and tourism sectors. Further, the services offered include vessel and aircraft registration, freight forwarding and various transportation solutions. In recent years the firm has developed a specialism in handling sanction matters in the transport sector, with numerous sanction-related advice, often involving the Lithuanian Customs’ investigations, navigated by the team. Daivis Švirinas leads the team alongside co-head Vaiva Mašidlauskienė, who has a focus on transport law, covering aviation, rail, roads and maritime issues.
