Fred Philpott is experienced in consumer credit cases and trading law, and has been involved in a number of cross-border case, including Re Diamond Resorts where he informed the Spanish Courts of the English law with regards to timeshare. Kate Urell specialises in consumer financial services and regulatory matters, and regularly acts for financial institutions in contentious and non-contentious matters, including litigation and securitisations. Sabrina Goodchild is noted for her consumer finance practice, and is regularly instructed in cases with strategic importance to lenders.
