David Eaton Turner represented the defendant in BHS Group Limited (in liquidation) v Parladorio, who was allegedly a de facto or shadow director of the company and was pursued for wrongful trading and misfeasance. Another standout junior is Mark Hubbard, who in Landl & Ors v Hogg & Ors acted as sole English counsel for the liquidators of a protected cell company that collapsed following the death of the key player in a property development fund in Guernsey litigation.
