The set has also seen growth in cladding insurance claims, with Tom Weitzman KC taking an active role in this arena as well as aviation claims arising out of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine. In terms of insurance regulation, members of the set, including Farhaz Khan KC have been instructed by top insurance clients such as Lloyd’s in its capacity as a regulator.
