The team advises a range of clients, from multinational corporations to scaling start-ups, on strategic commercial arrangements including high-value outsourcing, supply, distribution, franchising, licensing, and joint venture agreements. Mark Bailey heads the firm’s commercial group and has a particular specialism in regulated IT sectors, as well as experience handling data centre operations. Jason Saiban leads the firm’s relationship with Nike, handling a wide range of commercial work for the brand. Megan Paul — who has a track record in large-scale outsourcing transactions — co-leads the team alongside Saiban and Bailey.
