Gowling WLG‘s competition team advises across the full spectrum of UK and EU competition law, with particular strength in merger control, investigations, market studies, commercial agreements, competition-IP interface issues, litigation, and subsidy control. The team has also built significant expertise under the UK’s National Security and Investment Act 2021. Samuel Beighton, who heads the team, is key to the group’s ongoing merger control and investigation mandates.
