She co-heads the practice alongside Richard Cox and Jon Snade, both of whom are adept at handling a range of corporate deals across a variety of sectors; Cox specialises in advising fashion and beauty, food and beverage, and technology clients on management buyouts and buy-ins, M&A, and joint ventures, while Snade concentrates on assisting fintech and insurtech businesses on M&A, disposals, and reorganisations.
